This strategy forms part of the Waterford City Development Plan 2012-2018, Waterford County Development Plan 2011-2017 and Dungarvan Town Plan 2012-2018, and will be adopted by way of variation to these plans, respectively.

It is underpinned by a Strategic Environmental Screening Assessment and a Habitats Directive Screening Assessment. These assessments are attached as appendices to this document.
