CASUAL TRADING
Waterford City & County Council gives notice that the selling of such goods as fuel, Christmas Trees and any other such goods in areas outside of designated Casual Trading areas, without a Casual Trading Licence is prohibited under the Waterford City & County Council Casual trading Bye Laws 2017 and the Casual Trading Act, 1995.
The only exception to this is set out in Section 2 of the Casual Trading Act, 1995.
