NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Waterford City & County Council (hereinafter called “the Council”) has pursuant to the powers vested in it by Section 80 of the Housing Act, 1966,as applied by Section 10 of the Local Government (No.2) Act 1960 (as substituted by Section 86 of the Housing Act 1966) on the 4th day of June 2019 made a Vesting Order whereby the lands specified in the Schedule hereto will on the 11th day of July 2019 VEST in the Council in fee simple free from encumbrances and all estate rights titles and interests of whatsoever kind.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that a map of the said lands and a copy of the said Vesting Order have been deposited in the Offices of the Council and may be seen between 9.30 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.,
Monday to Friday at: Customer Services Dept, Baileys New Street, Waterford and at the Customer Services Dept, Civic Offices, Dungarvan.
