Home Loan Borrowers can apply for a Mortgage Payment Break, whether for the first time, or for those already approved for a break a further extension can be applied for.
The Terms and Conditions are outlined on the Covid-19 2020 Frequently Asked Questions document. Please note that continued payment of you Mortgage Protections Insurance to Waterford Council is required during any break. During any break approved borrowers will be contacted directly by the Council to discuss future payments.
