Customer Services counters in Waterford City and Dungarvan reopen to public from 9.30am Tuesday, August 3rd 2021

Waterford City and County Council wishes to advise that the Customer Services Departments (including Motor Tax) at Bailey’s New Street in Waterford City and the Civic Offices in Dungarvan will be open to the public from 9.30am Tuesday, August 3rd 2021.

In the interests of public health, arrangements have been put in place to ensure that current public health guidelines on social distancing are maintained.

Members of the public will still be able to avail of the range of online services available on the Council’s website, including payment of housing rent and loans, fire charges, traffic fines, commercial rates, Choice Based Letting, etc.

Motor Tax services are also available online at www.motortax.ie

Your PIN for this service is the last 6 digits on the top right corner of your Vehicle Registration Cert (logbook).
