Book of Condolence opens for the late Queen Elizabeth II

Mayor of Waterford City and County, Cllr. John O’ Leary has opened a book of condolences for Queen Elizabeth II saying, “The Queen was Britain’s longest serving monarch, having reigned for seventy years with dignity, warmth, selflessness and assuredness. Her passing certainly marks the end of an era.”
