Mayor of Waterford City & County, Cllr. John O’Leary (FF) has opened a Book of Condolence for the late Vicky Phelan, who passed away today.
- Books of Condolence are open in City Hall, Waterford and Civic Offices, Dungarvan from the hours of 9:30am to 4pm

Have followed Vicky’s story since seeing her on late late show before she went to USA for her treatment, so sorry she lost her courageous battle, such a brave beautiful lady inside and out.Condolances to her family and friends xxx
